About me
I am an AI practitioner, operations architect, and the founder of Swift Ops Solutions, a data and automation consultancy that helps enterprise teams harness modern AI workflows.
In addition to my consulting work, I serve as an AI Adjunct Professor at the City University of New York (via BMCC), teaching practical artificial intelligence to the next generation of workforce talent. I specialize in deploying Anthropic’s Claude LLM, and Swift Ops is an official member of the Claude Partner Network (CPN).
As a Claude Certified Professional, I design hands-on practice materials that reflect real-world execution rather than purely theoretical knowledge. In fact, the very materials included in this course are what I built and used to pass the exam on my first try.
Prior to entering the AI and enterprise automation space, I spent years working in aerospace engineering and marine robotics. That background in mission-critical systems engineering deeply shapes how I approach AI reliability, prompting architecture, and governance. My goal with this course is to turn your day-to-day AI usage into the structured, rigorous expertise required to pass the CCAO-F exam on your first attempt.
