For 20+ years, I’ve designed user experiences for leading organizations such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Cognizant, Intuit, GE, HP Inc., Tesco, the World Bank. These experiences helped me understand UX beyond tools and screens—UX is about solving real human problems.

Teaching became a natural extension of my work, and I realized that sharing knowledge helps our industry grow. My mission now is to guide beginners and career switchers to break into UX with clarity, confidence, and practical skills.
