My goal in life is to help people live as pain free as possible and help people to maintain proper body function.
As a 12 year old boy I had a major injury while playing Rugby and have two compression fractures in my spine. This is one of the big motivation factors for me improve and maintain my posture.
I originally studied Chiropractic in South Africa and completed my undergraduate research in TMJ. My research was presented 3 times and I received a Unilever Travel award from the IDRA. From there I completed additional courses and studied further techniques.
Currently I have over 20 years of practice experience ranging from Locum to Associate to Practice Owner. I have practised in most practice settings ranging from single practitioner, low volume to multiple practitioner high volume. Over the years I have worked with thousands of patients over 2 continents.
One thing that stood out is that there is always something to learn and something to teach about health. This is part of the reason I decided to become an instructor.
