Meet Jasmin Zinssmeister – Founder of Viva Alemania

Jasmin Zinssmeister is the founder of Viva Alemania, a career and migration consultancy with strong roots. Originally from Germany and now living in Mexico, Jasmin bridges two worlds: she helps skilled professionals from Latin America build successful lives and careers in Germany and supports German companies in building international teams.

With a background in law, public policy, and international recruitment, Jasmin has worked with high-level institutions like the Goethe Institute, IHK/ Welcomecenters and the Bundesagentur für Arbeit. She now leads a bilingual team that provides end-to-end support: from job search and visa process to relocation and integration.

Her mission? To make migration human, strategic, and empowering, for both sides of the job market.
