Jason is a flight simulation specialist, aviation consultant, and creator of the Fly Without Fear program.
For over two decades, Jason has worked inside the aviation training and flight simulation industry, helping pilots, flight schools, and training organizations use high-fidelity simulation to improve safety, confidence, and real-world performance. His career has spanned sales, program development, human-factors training, and simulation-based learning design — giving him a rare mix of technical expertise and deep understanding of how people actually perform under pressure.
But Jason’s work didn’t stay in the professional cockpit.
Over the years, he found himself repeatedly working with non-pilots who were terrified of flying — smart, capable people whose lives were quietly limited by anxiety. He began blending his aviation knowledge with psychological techniques used in exposure therapy, cognitive reframing, and nervous-system regulation, building simulation-based experiences that helped people retrain their fear response rather than simply “push through it.”
The results were powerful — and life-changing.
That work became the foundation for Fly Without Fear, a practical, compassionate system designed to help people understand what’s really happening in their body and mind when fear shows up — and how to calm it, retrain it, and take back their freedom to travel, work, and live fully.
Jason teaches in a grounded, human way — blending real aviation insight with psychology-based tools that actually work in real life. His goal isn’t just to help you get on a plane.
