I love learning. I hate the way I was taught at school.

Learning is a very natural process. I am trying to make it enjoyable for others. I cherish memories of the residential camps attended during school days and loved the way learning happened there: spontaneous, exploratory, chaotic, collaborative and ENJOYABLE. That was my motivation behind becoming a trainer right after graduation.

From training, I have found my interest towards designing training programs and learning modules. My freelancing experience in Content Writing helped a lot in this transition. It was around the same time that I decided to launch my Startup Waggle Lab, the name being inspired from honey bees, an interdisciplinary research-oriented academic startup with a focus on collaborative learning. KnowHive, our collaborative learning platform, was an obvious outcome.

I enjoy conducting training sessions, especially in areas related to learning. I love designing courses and training programs. I am learning every moment and I plan on continuing so.

I make use of Generative AI extensively in my trainings for delivery as well as preparation. And I am building courses to share my extensive knowledge about the domain with everyone who wishes to enhance their career with the power of Generative AI.
