With a PhD in Economics and over a decade of teaching experience, I specialize in leadership, communication, and team development—especially in the context of sport. My work bridges academic research and real-world application to help coaches and teams thrive.

I’m the author of the article “The Coach’s Soft Power: Communication Skills as a Key to Developing Sports Teams and Athletes”  (2025) and co-author of the book Teams and Teamwork – Managing Team Processes (2024). I also serve on the editorial board of the Journal of Sports Industry & Blockchain Technology and regularly lead workshops on coaching, communication, and leadership in sport.
