I am an experienced Microsoft Software End-User with over 20 years of work experience. I’ve used this product in the work environment and as a student in college. I’ve learned that people are more productive when they’ve mastered their workflow successfully. In doing so, I had learned to normally work with shortcuts needed to perform my tasks in a timely manner.
