Welcome! I’m Jennie Diaz, a Traditional Usui Reiki Master/Teacher and co-owner of Spiritual Essence.

I was certified as a Reiki Master in 2018 and teach Traditional Usui Reiki at the Shoden, Okuden, and Shinpiden levels. My courses guide students through foundational Reiki principles, self-treatment, practitioner techniques, traditional symbols, distance Reiki, attunements, ethical practice, and the responsibilities of becoming a Reiki Master/Teacher.

My educational background includes an Associate degree in Advanced Medical Assisting and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. My education supports my commitment to clear instruction, ethical practice, personal development, and compassionate service.

Through Spiritual Essence, I help students explore Reiki as a complementary spiritual and wellness practice that may support relaxation, mindfulness, energetic balance, and personal growth.
