Jennifer McCloskey is the owner of Girardi Associates, an Organizational Change, Executive Coaching, and Corporate Training company. Her workshops have been well received by several corporations including Lululemon, Amazon, WSSC, Hewlett-Packard, GMAC, churches, athletic communities, and numerous Universities throughout the United States, as well as in South Africa and India. She has been a Keynote speaker at several Earth Day events and was the feature of a CBS Evening News story on Women in Non-traditional Roles as a civil engineer.

Jennifer is a thirty-year volunteer at a home for children and mothers in Washington DC. Jennifer offers insight in her first book, Put Comfortable Shoes in my Coffin, where she shares heartfelt stories and life lessons. Jennifer is a wife and mother of two children who best loves being with her family and sparking the light within others.
