I am a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) specializing in Healthcare Administration and Executive Leadership, a Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE), and an experienced healthcare revenue cycle leader dedicated to developing the next generation of revenue cycle professionals.
Throughout my career, I have led revenue cycle operations across complex healthcare organizations, working alongside executive leadership, providers, finance teams, compliance professionals, and operational leaders to improve reimbursement, strengthen financial performance, and enhance the patient financial experience. My experience spans the entire revenue cycle, including patient access, insurance verification, coding, billing, denials management, reimbursement strategy, revenue integrity, financial operations, and leadership development.
My doctoral research focused on the impact of revenue cycle education on medical claim reimbursement, reinforcing a belief that education is one of the most powerful tools for improving both organizational performance and patient outcomes.
