Jingfan Chen is a research scholar at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), specializing in the development of advanced analytical tools to enhance surveillance of compounded drug substances. Her academic journey includes earning bachelor's and Ph.D. degrees from food science department at Purdue University. Her research advanced the application of carbohydrate polymers for delivering active ingredients in the realms of both food and pharmaceuticals. After completing her postgraduate studies, Jingfan Chen served as Principal Scientist at Allied Blending, LP, where she excelled as a patent inventor while also leading and training research teams and projects. Jingfan Chen was recognized with the "Best Student Research Competition" award at AACCI, received the Purdue Research Foundation Graduate Fellowship, presented as a guest speaker at multiple international conferences, and actively serves as a reviewer for various peer-reviewed journals.
