I am a therapist, author, and educator with over a decade of experience in Thai massage, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Buddhist-based meditative practices.
My journey began with formal training in Traditional Chinese Medicine at IPN in Portugal, where I wrote my graduation thesis on the prevention of emotional disorders through Buddhist meditation. I later deepened my knowledge in Chiang Mai, Thailand, where I received official certification (300+ hours) in Thai Massage, Tok Sen, and Chi Nei Tsang from the School for Massage and Healing Arts.
For me, bodywork is more than technique — it is an expression of mindfulness and compassion. I integrate the philosophical foundations of Buddhism, including ethics, attention, and presence, into both therapeutic sessions and educational settings. I have been teaching since 2011, delivering live workshops, retreats, creating learning manuals, and more recently, designing online courses to make this ancient wisdom accessible to a wider audience.
My mission is to offer high-quality, culturally respectful training that combines traditional healing methods with modern pedagogical clarity. Whether on the mat or in the classroom, I strive to cultivate a learning experience that is grounded, ethical, and transformative.
