Julian Lankstead is a Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant at IBM with over five years of experience delivering Salesforce implementations for enterprise clients across financial services, insurance, automotive, and telecommunications.

He has led business analysis and solution design on projects for major banks, insurers, automakers, and telecom providers. His work has spanned Salesforce Industries CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, OmniStudio, AutoCloud, Public Sector Solutions, and Agentforce.

Julian holds 15 Salesforce certifications, including Business Analyst, Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, Industries CPQ Developer, OmniStudio Consultant, Platform Developer I, and Agentforce Specialist. He has a Bachelor of Computer Science from Carleton University.

At IBM, Julian has been the primary client-facing analyst on large enterprise engagements, led discovery and advisory projects, built reusable solution assets, and mentored junior consultants.
