I am a procurement and supply chain professional with more than 15 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry. Throughout my career, I have worked with global OEM and Tier-1 organizations across strategic procurement, project procurement, supplier development, category management, and project management.

I started my career in supplier development, which gave me the opportunity to experience manufacturing operations, supplier challenges, and operational risks beyond a purely procurement perspective. In the following years, I focused on strategic procurement and project management, managing end-to-end processes from supplier selection, RFQs, and negotiations to contract management, industrialization, and serial production.

In this course, my aim is not simply to teach theoretical procurement knowledge, but to share the experiences I gained through real projects, the problems and failures I encountered, and the lessons I learned from them, to show how procurement is actually managed in the field.
