Originally from the Caribbean, I am an instructional leader and educator with over fourteen years of experience in education. My work focuses on strengthening teaching practices, supporting adult learning, and helping students reach their full potential across diverse backgrounds.

I began my career teaching English Language Arts at the middle school level and English at the high school level, where I developed a strong foundation in literacy, writing, and critical thinking instruction.

As a school leader, I now coach teachers, design and facilitate professional learning, and support the development of instructional systems that improve student outcomes and create more engaging, student-centered classrooms.

I hold a PhD in Education with a specialization in Instructional Design for Online Learning, and I am passionate about creating learning experiences that are clear, practical, and impactful.
