Have you ever looked at a split and thought, “I could never do that - I’m just not flexible enough”?
I understand that feeling. My journey with flexibility began when I started training in ballet as a child. Over the years, ballet became much more than learning choreography. It taught me discipline, patience, body awareness, and how to understand my body, respect its limits, and work toward progress.
I began my training at a choreographic studio and later continued my education at a choreographic college. Throughout my training, I participated in international dance competitions and continued developing my technique, flexibility, strength, and understanding of movement.
But the most valuable lesson I gained from years of training is simple: flexibility is not something you either have or you don’t. It’s a skill you can develop.
With the right exercises, a progressive approach, and consistent practice, you can gradually improve your flexibility and learn to move with greater control and confidence.
That’s what I want to bring to my courses.I take what I’ve learned through years of training and turn it into clear, practical, and easy-to-follow workouts. No complicated routines. No guesswork. Just a structured approach that helps you understand what you’re doing and gives you a clear path to keep progressing.
My courses are created for real people - not just dancers. Whether you’re a complete beginner, working toward your front or side splits, looking to improve your mobility, or simply want to feel stronger, more flexible, and more confident in your body, I’m here to guide you.
You don’t need to be a dancer. You don’t need to be naturally flexible. You just need to be willing to start.
I’ll help you build your flexibility step by step, stay consistent, and turn your goals into a practice you can actually enjoy.
Start where you are. Trust the process. And let’s see how far you can go.
