She currently serves as a Principal Consultant in People Analytics and has partnered with HR and business leaders to develop dashboards, workforce metrics, analytics strategies, and data-driven decision-making solutions.

As the founder of KDR Analytics, Kendra is passionate about making People Analytics practical and accessible for HR professionals at every stage of their careers. Her courses focus on real-world application, combining technical concepts with business storytelling so learners can confidently influence decisions using workforce data.

Kendra is an approved SHRM and HRCI Recertification Provider and holds both a Master of Professional Studies (MPS) and a Master of Science in Data Science (MSDS).
