I've spent over 15 years working across some of the toughest industries out there—forestry, mining, oil and gas, construction, heavy haul, wind energy, and retail operations. I've worked the tools, led the crews, and built the safety systems that keep people going home at the end of their shift.

With certifications in electrical, millwright work, occupational health and safety, and executive leadership experience, I understand what actually works on the ground—not just what looks good on paper. I've been the person doing the job, the supervisor managing the crew, and the safety leader building the culture.
