Carla Hendriksen, founder of Ontwikkelkunzt in the Netherlands has been working in social services for over 30 years in support and management positions.

After completing her regular studies, she pursued various specialisations in order to further expand her knowledge and skills as a therapist, support worker and instructor.

Ontwikkelkunzt aims to contribute to mutual understanding between people so that we can live together more harmoniously in a diverse world. We do this by helping people to further develop their potential and by working in people-oriented organisations and professions. Our services are aimed at increasing awareness, strengthening self-insight and developing (new) skills. This is to help you develop yourself further, but also to enable you to help other people do the same.

Ontwikkelkunzt has extensive knowledge and experience in many different methods of providing assistance and support to a wide range of target groups.
