I am a Certified Trainer, Electrical Engineer, Maintenance Management Adviser, and learning experience designer with over 13 years of practical experience across engineering, maintenance management, organizational development, and professional training.
Throughout my career, I have worked in the oil and gas industry across electrical maintenance, reliability improvement, asset management, process safety, technical investigations, maintenance strategy, and organizational performance development. I have led electrical teams during major operational disturbances, managed generator shutdowns and maintenance contracts, developed maintenance strategies, and supported senior management in improving systems, performance, and workforce capabilities.
My professional qualifications include certifications in Training of Trainers, gamification for learning and training, ISO 55001 Asset Management Auditing, ISO 9001 Quality Management Lead Auditing, Agile Scrum, and Lean Six Sigma. These qualifications enable me to combine technical expertise, structured problem-solving, quality management, and effective learning methods.
Alongside my engineering and advisory career, I am the founder of The Gamifier and co-founder of Brain Up Toys. I have designed more than 50 serious gaming and interactive learning workshop themes and delivered learning experiences to thousands of participants across governmental and private organizations.
My teaching approach combines practical experience, storytelling, visual explanations, structured thinking, and gamification. I focus on helping learners understand complex ideas clearly, connect knowledge with real-world applications, and develop skills they can confidently use in their professional and personal lives.
Through my courses, I aim to make learning practical, engaging, memorable, and accessible to learners from different backgrounds and areas of interest.
