Kiwesa King, PE, CCM, DBIA, PMP is one of New York's foremost construction management educators, with over 25 years of hands-on experience in the city's demanding vertical construction market. She has trained professionals in the public sector and leading private firms — bringing real-world rigor into every classroom.

Kiwesa's career spans mechanical, plumbing, and fire-suppression system design, as well as the management of large-scale construction projects. She holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and is a Licensed Professional Engineer, Certified Construction Manager, Certified Design Build Professional, and Project Management Professional.

As an Adjunct Instructor at both New York University (NYU) and Fordham University, Kiwesa shapes the next generation of construction professionals at both undergraduate and graduate levels. She is a CMAA Certified Construction Management Trainer and a Registered Continuing Education Provider.
