I am a Project Manager who enjoys the translation of ideas into reality.

In my case, I do not see project management as charts and deadlines, and I see it as providing a clear path to my team to do their best. I have worked years in the trenches with developers, designers or marketers and I learned how to pull people together to create things that have a purpose.

My journey is a bit different. My initial position was that of a Front-end Developer, meaning I am speaking the language of tech teams. This special vision will enable me to overcome the difference between the technical and the practical so that you could see not only what you should do but the reasons why it is effective. I use the same no-fluff tactics in my courses that I do in my day-to-day life.

We will explore the tools and techniques such as Scrum, Kanban, and Jira that allow keeping projects on track and teams motivated. I do not want to bury you in theory, just to make you have the self-confidence to drive your first project or bring your skills over to the next level.

I do not think that there are people who cannot be good project managers with the right instructions. I want to tell you what I have learned in terms of launching successful apps and managing teams, so that you could begin having a greater impact in your own work.
