Former HR in IT, L&D partner and engineering coach: I help software engineers and related tech professionals grow beyond code: into confident, effective experts.

With a background in working closely with developers and tech teams, I specialize in teaching the skills that are often missing from technical education: communication, collaboration, and leadership.

My work focuses on supporting engineers who want to:

-grow into senior and leadership roles without changing who they are

-communicate ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders

-navigate team dynamics and difficult conversations

I bring a practical, real-world approach without no corporate jargon or generic advice just a tools and frameworks that engineers can actually use in their daily work.

My teaching style is especially suited for thoughtful, introverted, or “quiet” professionals who want to lead, influence, and grow in their careers in an authentic way. Methods I use are proved by years of training engineers online and in person.
