Latika Sawhney is a Cambridge educator/ learning facilitator, and author with over a decade of experience in education. As an expert in curriculum design, she has significantly impacted the academic growth of higher secondary students in English Literature and other key disciplines like Anthropology, Business, Global Perspectives and Economics through her work with multidisciplinary learning platforms for senior school and college students which helps develop their skills and explore interests through project-based activities. This is specifically useful for international boards like IGCSE and IB. She has a rich experience of working in Indus International School as an IB educator where she facilitated students’ learning journey through various international teaching methodologies.
Currently, she leads her creative writing platform, Spaces and Pause Creativity & Learning Hub as a founder and facilitator, with a mission to cultivate 21st-century competencies and penmanship skills in young learners. As a K–12 researcher, Latika brings a deep, research-driven understanding of how children learn, think, and express themselves across developmental stages. Her innovative teaching methods, rooted in active learning and metacognitive techniques, empower students to excel academically and develop a deep awareness of their learning processes.
Her dedication to fostering creativity and critical thinking is showcased in her students' achievements, including the publication of Micro fiction Stories - by the Children, for the Children, and the Child in You, which is an anthology of her students’ work in the form of a book.
