Otieno Mjomba is a distinguished bilingual educator who has participated in much scholarly work. He has published several Swahili and English books available both online and in paperbacks. His notable books include Fumbuo la Insha, Nyota ya Lulu and Sour Grape.  He is also an astute Communication and Public Relations professional pursuing his Master's programme at Moi University.
