Throughout her career, she has successfully led and delivered complex projects across international teams, built and scaled Project Management Offices (PMOs), and improved processes to increase efficiency and business impact.

Currently based in Warsaw, Liana works in the fintech industry and combines hands-on project delivery with strategic thinking and leadership.

She has taught hundred of students project management, created practical courses, and helped aspiring project managers transition into IT and grow their careers.
