About me
For over a decade, I have immersed myself in meditative disciplines rooted in esoteric Japanese Buddhism —not out of faith, but from a deep need for grounded stillness.
In 2024, I was formally ordained at ,Koyasan Shojoshinin, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its centuries-old contemplative tradition. This wasn't a sudden leap—it was the result of 10+ years of structured practice and personal training under seasoned monastics.
Before that, I pursued many respected tools in the world of transformation: coaching, NLP, mindfulness, minimalism, and personal development. I completed practitioner-level NLP training, studied Milton Erickson's legacy, and earned recognized credentials.
These frameworks offered powerful insights—especially into language, behavior, and change.
But despite their promise, something felt incomplete. The deeper I went, the more I noticed a strange paradox: In Japan, some NLP instructors were leaving behind the coaching world entirely—becoming monks, or retreating into mountains.
It made me ask: “Is transformation about becoming someone else... or remembering who we are beneath the noise?”
That’s when Wabi-Sabi and Kaizen began to speak to me—not as trendy concepts, but as timeless Japanese philosophies rooted in presence, humility, and gentle daily refinement.
Wabi-Sabi once guided samurai in their daily rituals. It doesn’t require spiritual retreat. You don’t need a Zen temple. Just a quiet corner. A cracked cup. A moment of breath.
Kaizen, born in postwar Japan, doesn’t demand massive overhaul. Just 1% improvement. Today, then tomorrow.
This course is for those who have tried the louder paths of growth—and are now ready for a softer, sustainable way forward. You don’t need to renounce the modern world. You just need a rhythm that feels like home.
