Liutauras Ulevičius is active in Public Relations consultancy business for more than 22 years. He started as an account executive in local PR affiliates of H&K, DDB & Co., Edelman. Since 2007 he is independent PR & PA consultant and active member of local academia. Since 2014 Ukraine Maidan events he is focusing on Propaganda studies and lectures Propaganda Theories, Persuasion, Social Media and other courses.
