I am a qualified Chartered Counselling Psychologist, having both a First Class Masters degree in Experimental Psychology from Cambridge University, and a further Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from Roehampton University. I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS).
Whilst I now have my own private practice, prior to this I have spent several years working in a private psychiatric clinic, in the NHS and in the voluntary sector.
My approach to working with clients combines scientific evidence from the latest psychology and neuroscience research with real-world practicality, making complex ideas accessible and usable in everyday life.
I have extensive experience in helping individuals understand how their brains work, how they can rewire them to break patterns and manage their thoughts and emotions more effectively, and build lasting psychological resilience.
