Hello! My name is Luana Andrade, and I am a Senior Project and Turnaround Coordinator with over 16 years of experience in engineering and industrial maintenance planning.

I am certified by PMI as a PMI-PMP®, PMI-RMP®, PMO-CP, and also hold an AWP Certification, combining both theory and hands-on practice in contract management, scope, risk, communication, and claims resolution in construction environments.

I have led the implementation of methodologies such as AWP (Advanced Work Packaging), 4D BIM, DCMA 14-Point Assessment, and Agile Planning with Azure DevOps, always focused on predictability, safety, and operational excellence in megaprojects. I also serve as a PMI instructor, training new professionals through technical courses and certification preparation programs.
