I am a product manager, instructor, and technical writer. I raise organizational efficiency and inventive capacity by applying SAFe, ITIL 4 & 5, DevOps, BlackBlot PMTK product management, Theory of Constraints, Agile/Scrum, and structured innovation methods (TRIZ, SIT, USIT) to both software and hardware.

I work with clients on SAFe implementations, digital transformation, product management systems, value-stream design, three-line support models, and the production of employee education materials. The work is operational, not theoretical: I design processes, facilitate sessions, write the documentation, and train the people who run them.

I co-founded the Liberating Structures movement in Poland, delivered the first Liberating Structures Immersion Workshop in the country, and produced the earliest interactive online LS course. I review professional books as part of my practice.
