· Lead end-to-end delivery of all electrical systems (MV/LV, lighting, low current) across multiple towers, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
· Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other disciplines to resolve clashes and maintain smooth execution.
· Control project costs, resources, and procurement to prevent overruns while maintaining efficiency.
· Ensure quality, compliance, testing, and successful handover of fully operational electrical systems.
Apr 2022 – Apr 2025:
Worked at Qeema Consultancy and Technology Services as a Project Manager, participated in:
· RPA (UI-path) automation application project for Saudi Electrical Company SEC.
· Procurement Dashboard and data analysis for WE (Telecom Egypt).
· Qeema Website revamping project.
· Qeema PMO consolidated reporting.
Responsibilities & Achievements:
· Completed Qeema website revamping project and 3 enhancement cycles to catch up with the company's updated events and achievements.
· Achieved successful delivery for +18 processes Group Robotic Process Automation (RPA) transforming manual processes into effective, paperless & time-saving digital solutions, for Saudi Electrical Company (SEC).
· Managing 3 individual (8-10 members) teams in Agile meetings, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
· Achieved the client's goal (the WE purchasing department) by presenting the 2022 necessary data through the dashboard to the company's senior management and all stakeholders.
· I have completed monitoring projects' consolidated periodical weekly progress reports to present projects' lives until the closure phase to the PMO.
