With over 25 years of cross-sector experience across multiple countries, I have held senior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technology Officer, PMO Director, and Technology Strategist. I currently serve as Chief Operating Officer at Qualidev, where I lead operations, project governance, managed services, presales, budgeting, product management, and strategic customer engagement. I established Qualidev’s PMO, strengthened its offerings and presales capabilities, supported major customer onboarding, led ISO/IEC 27001 readiness, and contributed to achieving key Microsoft Specializations.

Previously, as CTO at Al Kimam Group, I drove technology integration, business innovation, and service scalability across group companies, leading offerings in SAP, cybersecurity, network solutions, and cloud services.

Earlier in my career, I led managed services and national-scale digital transformation initiatives at Benya Systems for major government entities, including the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Public Business Sector. I also played a pivotal role in launching Raya Data Center among the first data centers in Egypt to achieve ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27001, and other certifications and contributed to the establishment of Rayashop, one of Egypt’s pioneering e-commerce platforms.

As an international speaker and trainer, I have delivered programs in Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity, FinTech, and IT Governance across 10+ countries, presenting at global forums such as ISACA, ITU, EC-Council, and Arab Security Conference.
