Mangaliso is a business and software developer in minerals and metals industry with more than 35 years combined experience in training, instructing, handholding, mentoring and coaching in multiple disciplines spanning from development of societies, philosophy to IT programming, business modelling and consulting on enterprise architecture and business development.

From his teens through primary, secondary and tertiary education Mangaliso had opportunities to go through successive and iterative fast track developmental courses in both exact sciences, such as a three weeks compact course in DC and AC electronics and PL1 programming language in order to write code to program an arm of a robot to move and non-exact sciences, such as attending a holiday programme to be fast tracked in philosophical thinking as well general developmental subject matters in development of societies, history, politics and organisational structuring.

This has involved participating in various leadership roles during secondary and tertiary years both in school student governing committees to community youth organisations and leadership development institutions aimed at organising and producing young leaders in different roles and responsibilities.  He has been involved in planning and implementing programmes and providing feedback evaluation on progress.

In the technical sphere, Mangaliso has conceptualised, designed, and implemented full-time computer literacy courses for students and the community and run these courses teaching general computer literacy classes and providing career development in Information Technology (IT) and computer engineering as well as tutored student at National Computing Centre (NCC UK) IT computer studies diploma level various SDLC methodologies to enable the students to deliver their software development project solutions in time.

Mangaliso has worked in different roles in both private and public companies helping companies handholding, and mentoring leaders and developing software solutions using leading practices in project management, analysis and design, coding, quality assurance, transitioning into production and service management.

Mangaliso continues to coach, research, conceptualise, and apply new ways to combine multiple disciplinary tools, techniques and frameworks from exact and non-exact disciplines, spiritual and non-spiritual, to unearth newer and novel solutions for personal all-round development to its highest end.

Mangaliso's hobbies are researching on human and computer language usage, technology innovations and applications as well the inevitable progressive development of the human soul to its highest end.
