I am Educationally a Mechanical Engineer however my career has been mostly around ITES industry practices in Supply Chain Analysis, Procurement Analysis and Procurement Operations.

I finished my Engineering in 2006 however I was surely not a good engineer and somehow landed in ITES sector in 2009. However experience here has taught me that its all the same.

During more than a decade of my experience here I specialized the process based approach & concepts like Lean, 5S, Operations management, Data analytics, process re-engineering, Business Excellence etc.

However I did see a tough time at the beginning of my career as I was a fresher and still trying to align myself with the office culture. And therefore now my goal is to help those who are struggling due to unavailability of a good mentor in their initial phases of career.

UDEMY is my first teaching experience. Prior to this I have only imparted training within the organization I am working for. I hope I could help those who are facing challenges or preparing to meet the challenges in their career.

I will try to bring my real life experiences into the course I make so that you get exposed to the real thing.
