Manoj Herath is a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor and Contract Management professional with more than 18 years of international experience across Sri Lanka, the UAE and Australia. Since joining Turner & Townsend’s Melbourne office in 2019, he has been involved in major roads, rail and infrastructure projects across Melbourne and Australia.

Prior to this, Manoj worked in the UAE on a range of landmark government and private sector projects, including a construction programme for the Government of Abu Dhabi valued at over US$50 billion. His career includes roles with Musanada PJSC, EC Harris, AECOM, Parsons International, Blair Anderson and Faithful+Gould, covering project controls, cost consulting, asset handover, and both pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying.

A Fellow Member of RICS (FRICS) and AIQS (FAIQS), Manoj is also a trained RICS and AIQS APC Assessor and Chairperson, and a well-regarded construction industry professional. As a leading presenter of APC-related CPD sessions, he has supported hundreds of APC candidates over the years in preparing for their final assessment. He brings deep expertise in quantity surveying, contract management and APC preparation, with experience spanning roads, infrastructure, healthcare, education, residential and commercial sectors.
