Marc Ferrer is the founder of Engram Kinetics, a decision-training platform for candidates preparing for fitness and exercise science certifications, including the ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-EP) and the NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). His academic background spans a PhD from EPFL (Switzerland), a Master's in Kinesiology from the University of Lausanne, and a Master's in Education — a multidisciplinary path united by a single research theme: decision-making under uncertainty. He brings 24 years of classroom teaching and 5 years of research in educational assessment at URSP.
