I am Marco De Sisto, an Associate Professor in the school of Management with a background in psychology, criminology, and human resources. I have taught across Europe, Australia, and Asia, bringing a truly global perspective to education and consistently challenging how teaching adapts across cultures and contexts. My work sits at the intersection of innovation, sustainability, and teaching excellence, and has been recognised with national awards, including the Australian Awards for University Teaching.
What drives me is not the recognition itself, but the transformation behind it. I am passionate about helping educators find clarity in who they are, teach with purpose, and design learning experiences that are both rigorous and deeply impactful. I believe great teaching starts with self-awareness, grows through reflection, and succeeds when it connects authentically with people.
