Margaret Ulrich, M.S., CCC-SLP is a licensed medical speech and language pathologist, Usui reiki master, restorative yoga instructor, and end of life doula. She has more than 10 years of experience as a reiki practitioner, yoga instructor and meditation guide. She follows the wisdom of renowned teachers, including Pema Chodron, Thich Nhat Hanh and His Holiness the Dalai Lama, through their written works and expressions of their lives. She has also studied under Buddhist monk Kelsang Tabkay from Kadampa Meditation Center, completed the online course Buddhism and Modern Psychology through Princeton University, and experienced a 9-day silent retreat through the Introduction to Buddhism course at Tushita Meditation Centre in Dharamshala, India with the Venerable Tony Beaumont. She has devoted her career to understanding the connection between Eastern and Western healthcare, which led her to earn a Master of Science degree from New York University. She is also a gardener, musician and avid reader.
