I'm a specialized reading tutor who works with students diagnosed with dyslexia.  I'm also a homeschooling mom to a preschooler.  I hold a post-graduate certificate in Educational Therapy, as well as a Master’s degree in Psychology concentration.  I have extensive training and experience in a variety of research-based approaches to reading education and remediation, including Wilson, Orton-Gillingham, Visualizing and Verbalizing, and Structured Word Inquiry.
