Marta Pickard supports educators, coaches, and corporate trainers through specific research-based strategies, professional development, coaching, and mentoring. As an educator, she was sought after and recruited to join campuses within the district and featured on KTXH UPN 20 as the district's “Mrs. Science”! Her "Reading Cafe" was featured on ABC Channel 13 KTRK! As an educational consultant, she has had publications on NBC, CBS, and the latest FOX.

As a consecutive award-winning educator in the public school system, she is a results-oriented educator who has proven student achievement through 90 percent or higher yearly statistical data. She is a consecutive "distinguished" rated educator receiving consistently highest evaluation results. Her specialty is increasing student statistics through specific strategies.

She believes in leading from vision, creating a positive classroom and school culture. She is a systems thinker with exemplary facilitating, analytical, problem-solving, and coaching skills. She is a current doctoral candidate at Baylor University. She will help you get RESULTS.
