Martyn Linton is an experienced gangs and exploitation trainer and has taught people from law enforcement, health service, youth services, prisons, probation and other safeguarding professionals from across the world.

Aged twelve he joined a street gang In the West Midlands area of the UK and he was successfully diverted at sixteen years of age before he ended up with a criminal conviction, being sent to prison or worse still dead.

He went on to have a successful career in law enforcement where he served as a police officer. He held uniform policing roles and later he became a detective where he conducted reactive and proactive investigations at local, national and international levels. He has extensive experience in safeguarding, gang crime, modern slavery and organised immigration crime.

Now Martyn is the CEO of Evident Solutions Group, a company based in the UK. He continues to teach professionals how to identify and work with people at risk of becoming involved in criminal gangs. His hope is to help professionals to provide the help he had to change his life and to be positive members of society.
