Hi, I’m Matthew Reynolds. I run the Education and Training Academy and I support new and aspiring teachers, trainers and workplace instructors to plan and deliver confident sessions in real-world settings.

My focus is practical, not fluffy. I teach you how to structure a session, keep learners engaged, include everyone (without overcomplicating it), and check learning properly so you know your training has landed. If you’re new to teaching, or you’ve been asked to deliver training at work and you want a clear framework to follow, you’ll feel at home here.

My background is in vocational education and professional training, and I work closely with trainers across sectors who need recognised teaching skills alongside calm, realistic delivery methods. My courses are designed to give you a simple, usable toolkit you can apply straight away, whether you’re preparing for a microteach, running toolbox talks, or leading short workshops.
