I’m Maxime Grenu, an AI infrastructure and data center architect with more than two decades of experience designing, operating, and transforming mission-critical IT environments.
My career spans high-performance computing, enterprise infrastructure, banking, telecommunications, and large-scale data centers. I have served as Head of DevOps for a regulated Swiss bank, contributed to major data center projects for AT&T, and managed complex infrastructure environments subject to demanding operational, security, and regulatory requirements.
Today, I specialize in the infrastructure behind modern artificial intelligence: GPU clusters, NVIDIA platforms, high-speed networking, distributed storage, power architecture, cooling, and the design of scalable AI factories. I am also the architect behind GemaPOD, a modular data center concept designed for high-density AI workloads.
My courses are built around a simple principle: advanced technology should be explained clearly, but never superficially. I connect theory with real engineering decisions—including capacity planning, resilience, energy efficiency, architecture trade-offs, costs, risks, and practical deployment constraints.
Whether you are an IT professional, data center engineer, solution architect, technical manager, or business leader, my goal is to help you understand how AI infrastructure really works and give you the confidence to design, evaluate, and operate it in the real world.
