I spent more than twenty years running planning and supply chain for some of Turkey's largest retailers - LC Waikiki, DeFacto, and most recently FLO Group, where I served as Deputy General Manager of Planning (CPO) and Deputy General Manager of Supply Chain (CSCO). Thousands of stores, millions of units, and every forecasting mistake you can imagine.

I came to AI the same way most of you will: with a real problem and no time. I started using Claude to cut hours out of pricing analysis, store clustering, demand planning, and the endless reports that fill an executive's week. It worked - and then it kept working, on writing, on strategy, on code I had no business writing.

That's what I teach. Not AI theory, not prompt tricks that look good on social media. The specific, tested workflows a working professional can apply the same day, explained by someone who has had to defend the numbers in a board meeting.

I hold a double major in Statistics and Industrial Engineering from Yildiz Technical University and an MBA from Istanbul Kultur University. I now run Thorius, where I consult on retail planning and build AI systems for businesses.
