I have a good experience and knowledge about connecting several topics of accounting in technology where we now practice as Accounting Information System. I have been a licensed accountant in private sectors with my practice in various levels of accounting as well as having direct experience and ability to check the current operating process by looking at the system data and integrating observations on site visits.

In my lessons I will discuss the importance of applying the code of ethics in actual practice with some reference to SOX updates and SEC rulings as to the accounting profession.

I will be discussing Accounting Information Ethical Considerations on this platform and will eventually work on Auditing Principles and Code of Ethics usual applications in actual practice in order to let our professionals be aware and be reminded of the current amendments on Code of Ethics and SOX to regulate the accounting practice.

I have been knowledgeable in MIS and Internal Controls but never did public practice. I feel that it is my responsibility to do public practice as well so I am giving this lecture to help people maintain some independence despite working on a private sector and in some instance in AIS for system setup and designs to verify what ethical principles can help us despite not having an accounting or auditing role in the company.
