Mila has worked internationally as a model, collaborating with publications including L’Officiel, Harper’s Bazaar, Women’s Health and Vogue Italia. Originally from Ukraine, her career has taken her across Europe, the USA, Canada and Mexico, with additional appearances in television shows and music videos.

Over the years, her work evolved beyond modelling into coaching, personal development and community building.

Today, Mila is a certified personal growth and relationship coach, workshop facilitator and founder of Smart Club Women, a women’s community she launched in 2018.

With more than 10 years of coaching experience and 400+ clients, she helps women gain clarity, build confidence, navigate life transitions and create a life that feels both successful and fulfilling.

Now based in Dubai, Mila works through individual coaching, group workshops, corporate wellbeing sessions and community events, combining her experience in coaching, business, technology and international life.
