After losing my job on my birthday, I decided to rebuild from the ground up — not just my career, but my mindset. That experience became the foundation of Resilient Product Leadership — a community and learning platform focused on helping others navigate change, uncertainty, and growth with clarity and purpose.
Professionally, I’ve spent over a decade leading digital transformation projects, guiding teams through headless CMS migrations, content modeling, and data product delivery. I’ve worked across multiple industries to help organizations modernize how they manage content and scale digital experiences — but I’ve also seen firsthand how burnout, fear, and self-doubt can hold teams (and individuals) back.
My teaching philosophy combines technical systems thinking with human resilience — because building flexible digital systems and building resilient teams are deeply connected.
