Miranda has been an entrepreneur for the past 14 years working with clients in various industries to build a strong, healthy and resilient workforces. Miranda has built successfull businesses in the Professional Development realm, and has consulted for organizations in developing and delivering leadership and training programs. Miranda owns Real Estate marketing and publishing companies, along with a youth basketball league and contributes her success to the most challenging work, the work we do on and within ourselves to be the best we can be. This is the work that Miranda believes is the most challenging in life. 

Miranda believes that Soft Skills are keys to living a happy and fulfilling life and can create a life filled with meaning and connection. With a Master's Degree in Distance Education, a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Bio-Medical Biology, Miranda has taught in academia for a decade, and has built successful businesses on the foundation of growth and development. Miranda is a mother of three beautiful children who inspire her to always be the best version of herself and to always be open to learning.
